CONTINUA LA DIETA...
Entreno 5-6 dias a la semana y comiendo con el fin de mantener el peso o subirlo ligeramente.. Pero ya hace 1 mes he ido bajando entorno a 500 gramos. No queda otra que seguir comiendo.
