Just got my top wisdom teeth out. Needing recipe ideas! I can only eat cold soft foods. Any recommendations ? Trying to go low carb so finding it very hard. Had some oats and congee quite carby.

Continental cup of soup is very low in calories, cool it down with ice water. Hope that helps. Get well soon 😊

Scrambled eggs good as long as only warm not too hot. Top wisdom teeth a lot easier to eat on after removal compared to the lower. It’s a smaller tooth 🦷

Have a look at chia seed pudding it’s milk, chia seeds and whatever flavouring you like. Some lite jelly is always good too

Optifast Lemon Creme dessert mousse is AMAZING stuff. It's 17g of carbs, though, so that may also be too much. Low calorie, though!
