Stuffed.....2 zucchinis for lunch, halved, sprayed with olive oil, sprinkled with garlic powder, S&P, 2 roma tomatoes sliced on top, then 1/2 c. of fat free feta over the top of the 4 halves. Baked 375 for 25 minutes.......168 calories!!!!
