Scales surprised me ...... 2.4 pounds in 2 weeks ...... Is that too fast?
164.8 lb Lost so far: 3.2 lb.    Still to go: 19.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1775 kcal Fat: 62.86g | Prot: 83.34g | Carb: 222.70g.   Breakfast: Bakery on the Square sourdough bread, Roasted Potato. Lunch: Potatoes (Flesh Without Skin, Without Salt, Boiled), Campbell's Cream of Mushroom Soup, Perdue Whole cornish hen ( Perdue ), Green Cabbage, Carrots. Dinner: canned pink salmon ( Pink Beauty ), Great Value French Style Green Beans, Knorr Rice Sides - Cheddar Broccoli, Libby's Whole Kernel Succotash. Snacks/Other: Tops Markets LLC Mint Chip ice cream sandwich. more...
