annoyed today. i got down to 148.6, but the last two days i have gained. really frustrating. we went out to dinner to celebrate me finally getting under 150, so i know that probably had something to do with it. but, we did play tennis after. so, today i ate less to kind of make up for it and i walked on the treadmill for an hour, yet the scale continues to creep up. sigh. i was on cloud nine a couple days ago now i am feeling so low =(
