Mother in law is in town again, and you can tell by the dinner I had. Of course it is not accurate, because I just made it up for the chinese buffett LOL. I've been having a lot of days that I've been eating out. Actually I'm always one to eat out, but this time around I make better choices when I eat fast food. I have still been losing consistantly, so I know that I am doing okay. I'm sure I won't be happy with the scale tomorrow.
