I started Keto diet on January 2nd. So far I'm doing good on the carbs. It's only been four days, though. Not really enough time to know if I'm in ketosis or not.
227.0 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 47.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.9 lb a week

You probably should be there if you did very low carb for 4 days. Did you experience any of the keto "flu"? I usually get that around day 4. Hope keto diet works great for you. I did it to lose weight and am still doing it!
