Weight is stabilized since I got sick. I'm ravenous now, but I'm trying to stick to this liquid protein intermittent fasting. I would kill for a plate of spaghetti! 🍝🍝🍝
260.0 lb Lost so far: 14.0 lb.    Still to go: 95.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
