couldn't wait to get on the scale early this morning, because I knew I had been such a good boy, there couldn't be anything but a pound or two drop from last weigh-in. Surprise! 1 1/2 pound gain. Ughh! Got to love it. I know I have been exercising every day, and eating well below my RDI, so I'm not going to get discouraged; I'm waiting for the scale to get a clue on what's really happening here; I hate it when it tries to trip me up. I've got a surprise for it, if it keeps this crap up. Speaking of crap, maybe I should just pray for a huge bowel movement. Nah, that's a little rad, I'll just see what happens Friday.

Last night I began mowing. The grass was so tall, thick and wet, it was just loading down the riding mower. I went and got the tractor and mowed one time with the mower deck about 6 inches off the ground, and then went back and mowed it all again at the proper level. That took until almost 9:00 PM - and that was just the back yard. Guess what I get to do tonight. Yep, front yard.

Got on the treadmill for 1/2 an hour, and that about concluded my adventures for the day. Toodles.

I hate when you think the scale is going to be so good to you and then it's a little butt-head!!! I'm sure you'll see that drop soon.. Have fun mowing!! I bet it would really help that scale drop if you used a push-mower instead of the tractor.. ;) It would only take a million hours..

Hey DK! I see we are both back to do battle again. I have been absent also. Your battle with the tall grass sounds like mine. This year... apply NO fertilizer. It sounds as if you did a swell job getting it to grow lush. HA HA! I thought I bought a weed n feed thing at Lowes and it turns out I bought the feed only. Not sure I want to feed the stuff! ;) Your body isn't fooled and knows you are trying to starve it... so it's going into starvation mode. Hang in there... it'll happen. Hugs!

Sandy, I think the dogs have been feeding the lawn if you know what I mean. Great idea, Erika; NOT! Thanks, Susan, I'm counting on it; I'm not going to go into a panic just yet.
