Tank's Journal, 29 January 2020

Today was a fast day -- 9 hours approximate -- had 3 McD ice coffees but still lost wait. I continue to stay away from sweets and soda..I eat on a 12 pm to 8 pm schedule.
162.8 lb Lost so far: 5.2 lb.    Still to go: 27.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
