No new records for me at the gym tonight. BUT I did 2 pull ups 2/3 of the way through and one at the end. Plus I did 50# flies, 3 sets of ten.
Guess I did set a new record for the ab buster. 110 for 8 reps and 120 2 sets of 4 reps. Did a couple cable crunches at 75. Probably could’ve done that before just haven’t tried. It’s an awkward exercise and one I’m self conscious on so I’ve always stayed at 60.
Hubby put the row machine at 150 (I told him not to tell me). Got one rep in and went to 110 for my last two sets. Hmmm.
Guess it was a good day. Didn’t feel like it though lol.
Now time for some fajitas!
