i'm back up to 261, but i'm back on the eat-right wagon. i won't be going back to the gym/working out until after we move back to Texas, but that's only 11 weeks away. i'm hoping by weening myself off of coke and eating right again that i can lose what i have gained back (and maybe a little more), but i am being realistic and know that i will lose the bulk of my weight when i hit the gym again. i am researching personal trainers for when we move, because i have a very big, brand-new goal! 100 pounds in one year. i'm GOING to do this and try to realize my dream of joining the Navy.
