Did a fasted cardio yesterday and gained about a 1.5 lbs..go figure..no big deal, it could be anything so not gonna sweat it. I can see a difference in my body since I'm back on track and that's what matters.
Starting with a new trainer next week. She is highly rated and I've watched her over last few months and I like her style. Excited to see how it goes!💜👍💪
138.6 lb Lost so far: 16.4 lb.    Still to go: 6.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thx jcmama. I think that too, only because I've been pretty good with eating etc. If only I hadn't eaten that Carmel popcorn a few days ago..jk, I mean I did eat it but only a handful so I don't think that would cause it..lol♥️♥️♥️

I do fasted cardio most times I do cardio. I see no real pattern to ups and downs. Sometimes the one sometimes the other. I like doing it and especially if I had some good amount of foods the day before. If I am too fasted it turn into slower going. Good luck with the new trainer
