Morning 🌻So yesterday was my sister's birthday....a lot of fun was had. Although I stayed away from the breads and all. I had bubbly..bubblies and some tiramisu. That happened and the scale also🤡. But I also practised restraint (some). Now to get back - do I reduce my calories for the week to make up? Recording weigh in ony tomorrow.
