Hey all,

just a quick update: im here at camp, still trying to get the hang of eating without measuring my food Looks like I underdid it today though my estimates might be off. Im still working out the same amount, minus the running as I've been here one day and have some sleep to catch up on! Gonna try to get a run in tomorrow night after dinner! I'll reach a balance eventually, happy that there seems to be a good amount of protein available at every meal, though! I hope all my buddies are faring well! I am anxious to see how this will affect my weight and measurements when I get home. I did bring my measuring tape, though! :)
