I plan to be 135 pounds by May 30th, 2010. Since June 2010, I have lost 40 pounds, going from 210 pounds down to 170. Now is the time to kick it into overdrive. I have never weighed less than 165 in my entire adult life. Time for uncharted territory guys!! :)

January 31st - 160 pounds
March 30th - 145 pounds

High Fat/Low Carb - Day 5 - Question!
Hello everyone!

I had quite a calorie dense dinner tonight, but I still have calculated about 300 more calories into my day in order to reach my calorie goal (1400). Also worked out pretty intensely this afternoon. I have no appetite whatsoever, and everything I've read about this high fat/low carb style of eating is to eat when hungry, stop when satiated. Do I stuff down 300 more calories or just call it a day without? Do you think my weight loss will suffer? Does it matter as long as I'm satisfied with the amount of food I've eaten today? Thanks in advance for your advice! Smile

that aforementioned buddy was me! Thanks for the thread kanan, hope we get some good suggestions, doing projects is a great one, I dont really have any hobbies at the moment!

Trying new foods
kale (YUM), greek yogurt (SUPER YUM) and agave syrup (ULTRA YUM). Also learned the magic of using few, simple fresh ingredients for big taste, instead of a bunch of salty processed ingredients to achieve the same effect.
