Hmm..it's after midnight so I'm not sure if this will show up under the 12th or 13th! No matter - I worked extra hard today - did an extra 30 minutes on the treadmill and kept points to where they should be..well, I do have a couple to spare and I have to say...I'm starving right now. Growling tummy to boot! I'm just wondering if we are set up on here to include activity points, or do we just not use them? I am following the old points system as I don't really understand flex or core (or whatever is on the go right now!). Anyone know? I should be in bed, but am hungry, so am going for a snack and then back to bed...I will add my snack in the morning...yawn!

I don't know about the old points but the flex just assigns all food a point value and you eat what ever you want as long as you keep the total point value at your limit. At 145 my limit was 20 pts and I think that at about 175 it increased to 23 or 24. I never subtract the activity points because that just gives me an excuse to eat more which defeats the purpose. I was starving after my morning walk so grabbed my flavored ice water and a handful of carrot sticks to curb my appetite before I fixed my breakfast. Had to share the carrot stick with Corky the Pomeranian and Oliver the Wonder Dog aka Dumb and Dumber.
