Went to a Chinese buffet for lunch. Did pretty well. Stayed away from the rice and noodles. Did have a few breaded shrimp. Worth it!
263.8 lb Lost so far: 10.2 lb.    Still to go: 98.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
