Good luck. I have only been Keto-ing for 3 weeks now and even though I was considering going to Laughlin on my vacation in 3 weeks, I have changed my mind. I do not think I could resist the drinking and then eating. Too many excuses to use (and have used all my life). I've decided to meet my goals first (at least a year of good keto) to lose 100lbs with my best effort. Then I can splurge a weekend hear or there. If you think you can stay strong though and been on your diet a while, I believe also in living today. Are you going with good support people who are staying on their diets? Is it time for a break? I have read that sometimes a break from keto is helpful as your body will adjust to the diet and it could help switch things up. Many things to consider. Live and Love your life.
