2 things

1. I'm close to 115 but as my tradition is, I'm not changing it here till the needle is firmly there. my scales haven't got a great dial but I'm to cheap to buy another set.

2. I weighed my popcorn after I popped and ate it last night. next time I'll make certain to split it with someone
255.7 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 50.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
