Morning y'all....Im struggling with constipation, have been on low carb 6 days now.. any ideas what to take or add will be appreciated ...also when is the best time to take ACV?

it helps to drink a glass of low warm water in the morning when you wake up... really get this moving fast..... i also like to drink acv in water on empty stomach in mornings... works wonderful for cm loss.... hope this is helpfull
