12 weeks to go and I am at 20 pounds gained! I think I can stay under 30 pounds gained but I won't be able to stay under 25 unless I can start walking again. We had a magnificent cold from come in and totally changed our morning weather, but I work so I can't walk just before work and go to work stinky and sweaty lol! I am looking forward to restarting my exercises. It has been 6 long weeks since I really got any.

I think you are doing brill, also as you are watching fooe nd exercise and not thinking I've to eat for two, it will be fsb and a blessing after the baby as you wont have the stress of having a huge amount of weight to lse and more energy, It will be your body's way of saying "Thank you for minding me" Be very proud

about exercise and sweaty, could you bring sponge in a lunch box and refresh yoursel in bathroom, Would climbing stairs a few times at lunch time be possible, I used to do that when I in college, as our weather is ao wet at times, and like you unable some days, to wet. BUT then I was only overweight not Pregnant, But think about it.

I did get to get back to my exercise today. I just can't do it when it's 100 degrees. I come home for lunch and feed the hubby and baby, but hubby got a job so now I will be able to do some at lunch like walk with my son. I am looking forward to a little more structure now that he's working again. It's been 7 long months!
