Ate dinner out last night at a nice restaurant with DH, and lucked out -- the waiter was also Diabetic and was able to help me select my meal! One pound down today, too!
186.2 lb Lost so far: 23.8 lb.    Still to go: 51.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
