Hey, hey, hey! Welcome back! I'm so happy you're still trying. I'm sure I can speak for most people here and say that we all have tried and failed, tried and failed a multitude of times. But a successful journey and a failed journey all begin the same. Make this time different. You can do it!

Thanks for being there. Hope to achieve some good results this time round. I have been following your progress and you have done remarkably well - congratulations. By the way, you look amazing. Keep up the good work. Maybe I can follow in your footsteps.

Great to see you back and I agree with Evelyn that it's fantastic you're still trying. As we all know, it's not easy as those lbs seem to sneak on far much easier than they fall off! But every journey has a beginning and a destination... so just keep following the road and keep with the mindset that you CAN do this! ;o)

Thanks for saying that but I have been struggling with this weight problem all my life and I am finding it harder the older I get. I guess I will just keep trying.

Even if you don't believe it YET, why not try saying and writing only positive things about this new journey! "I'm going to do it this time" "I have the tools and the motivation and I'm going to make it work" "I am a healthy, active person", etc. An old co-worker of mine used to always say "Fake it until you make it". Pretty soon you'll start believing all the positive stuff and then you're home free! You've got a bunch of people here cheering you on, so let's do this!

Congratulations on returning to your healthy lifestyle journey. I was lucky to have a many really great SB buddies that helped me on my journey. Remember this is your new way of life, it's not a diet, and keep reminding yourself that you have chosen to adopt a healthy lifestyle -- you can do it! When faced with a food challenge, just ask yourself - "is this going to help me reach my healthy lifestyle goal?" -- if not make a better choice! WW is a great flexible plan -- plenty of options available so you don't become bored. I agree with amryk -- and keep reading other journals for inspiration -- there are plenty of them here on FS!
