Starting Weight 166.4 on Monday August 23,2010

Mini goal of (-5.6) or 10% of my goal by September 6 (2 weeks for each 10% increment) to be 160.8.

30% loss is 149.6
40% loss is 144
50% loss is 138.4
60% loss is 132.8
70% loss is 127.2
80% loss is 121.6
90% loss is 116
100% goal weight 110!! By January 10, 2011
