This is me, not weighing in, with a hang over. Sometimes I like to think I'm 21, and going out on a Wednesday night is a good idea. It isn't. It never was a good idea, and now I'm paying the price. Oh well, I guess it's okay since I almost never do this.

I'm just nervous that my terrible choices last night are going to win out over the good choices I was planning today. I hope that my hang over headache goes away by lunch. I really want to go to yoga tonight, but all hungover dehydrated Allison isn't going to do well in 105 degree heat.

I have a question, why don't these little pictures of food in the ad boxes on FatSecret look healthy? And in my ravenous state, I'm about to order everything disgusting from the deli down the street and call it a week.

Okay, I won't. One and a half days left until the weekend, and maybe just maybe I can take a nap.

Feel better!!! Hey Alli ... at 52 I still act like I am 21 on occasion!! The recovery time just isn't as quick!! You can win still ... be good to yourself today and if you are ravenous just pick wisely!!! Lots of water ... lots of water ... that darn alcohol can be so dehydrating!

Stay strong! One mistake does not mean quit. It means it's over and now you get back on track. No quitting allowed. Drink that water and get hydrated and make some good choices tomororow!
