Okay so a fellow FS member told me to go to WebMD to check out calorie intake information. So I did. It says that my body (based on my height, weight, age...) uses 1756 calories a day just to live and breathe. So that means I haven't been eating enough calories. I guess I need to eat more during the day at work. I haven't been overly hungry though. I have been really tired, but I've always had low energy.

I'll keep looking into this, and I will try to take in that many calories, and increasing my exercise. I appreciate any advice, comments, or opinions. This is not a diet, it is my lifestyle, so I need to find something that I am willing to live with for the rest of my life. So far counting calories isn't so bad. I can manage with that :)
