Goodbye water weight, hello scale.I'm glad to see you back down where you should be. Of course I will run again tonight, so tomorrow, probably back up again...
147.6 lb Lost so far: 4.4 lb.    Still to go: 17.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
