I didn't probably eat the greatest yesterday cause I'm still used to pigging out and it's cold and I want/crave warm food...but I DID get my ass on the treadmill and did my weights!!! It's a start!!! WHOO HOO!!! Happy New Year!!!
136.4 lb Lost so far: 2.6 lb.    Still to go: 11.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
