If you have a Krogers and eat yogurt, you should check out their Kroger brand CARBmaster yogurt. It is both low fat(1.5 grams) AND low carb(3 grams) and it is really really good. The strawberry-banana is the one I like best so far but the peach is also good. For the calorie counters, it has 80 calories :) Just had the strawberry and it is good too. My son also ate a strawberry one and liked it (and he usually eats the regular yoplait).

Yesterday was a very .. strange day, food wise. I ended up eating food I wasn't really hungry for. My carbs were low so I know what I ate didn't hurt me, it was just weird the way things went. I had very little between 6:30a.m. and 5 p.m. There wasn't anything here for me to eat besides cheese, apple slices, and peanut butter. Then mom felt guilty about that and did not know what to get me so ended up getting me too many things and that whole "not wanting to waste food" switch flipped on and I felt like since she bought it for me, it was only right I eat it. Because she had gone to the grocery for me late yesterday, I had no room in the fridge to put any of it away until today, so I ate what I could and then the pets got chicken for a treat. I ate more calories than I usually do but they were still less than the rdi that fs set for me (though higher than the rdi I set for myself). They were even less than what most sites say my bmr/rmr is. I'll consider it a mini low carb spike day lol

Good tip on the yogurt! I can only eat eggs for so long. We don't have Kroger out here, but we have Ralph's, which is the same chain with a different name. That "don't waste food" switch catches me up, too, especially if it's something like salad or fish that I'm not able to put away. :( I grew up too poor to dump food in the trash.
