I stopped and ate Mexican food tonight — traffic was pretty bad so figured I would sit it out awhile and eat. Ordered beef soaps with beans and rice. It was pretty tasty. The salsa hit the spot as well. I stopped when I finished about half. I counted it as a full on Frozen enchilada dinner with rice and beans for 500+ calories. Close enough for government work..
