Day 2 of taking my diet seriously. I HAVE to stop snacking after dinner. That will be my down fall. Well, that and not getting out of bed to workout in the am. I've got to find the motivation for that, another of my large hurdles. I'm hoping I can stick to it this time. I've tried over the last year to lose the weight and just kept sliding back into my old habits. I'm tried of doing the yo-yo thing, but now I have no choice and I HAVE to lose it.
