UGH! What can go wrong has. I did something to my right knee. Had to have an MRI I have water in my knee and something going on w/ the knee cap. Can't do more than walk until I my Dr. apt w/ the specialist. I was also diagnosed w/ high blood pressure. The only cause they can find is b/c of the pre-eclampsia I had when I was pregnant. So the Dr. said I had to get back to my original weight before the baby. Then we could reevaluate my BP and see if I need meds. Well, I'm taking this as the serious kick I need to lose weight! Its just all been at once. So starting today, I'm on this ride for the long term!!!
157.8 lb Lost so far: 6.2 lb.    Still to go: 22.8 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
