Unfortunately, all this weight loss is due to illness. Not actually me doing anything special. I will need to begin exercising once again when my lungs are in better shape.
218.6 lb Lost so far: 51.4 lb.    Still to go: 88.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
