Week 2 begins with an early morning limo run, so, up at 4:20 AM. This type of start to a day tends to screw up the discipline and normal schedule. Today is no exception. Home at 8:15; brain numb until 10 and then after an extended work out, breakfast, or I suppose lunch now, at 1 PM.

Today began with a desire to time my 40 yard dash. 8 dashes that ranged from 6.86 to 7.38 seconds. I am slowing down in my old age. The dashes were followed by a 2 mile walk in 30 minutes. Today's burst training was two 30 second sets of each exercise with a 30 second rest between sets of calf jumps, dumbbell high pulls (25 lb dumbbells), dumbbell thrusters (25 lb dumbbells), triceps kickbacks (25 lb dumbbells), bicep curls (25 lb dumbbells) and good mornings. I also did 2-1/2 minutes of a 5 minute obliques workout.
Heart rate: pre-workout ?; post-workout 113.
