ok its official ....i cant deal with the weekends......i cant get myself to lift a finger other then to eat

Hey girlie. Try to commit ONE day out of the week to eat the things you crave. Like for instance I call my Saturdays, fat snack Ssooooaturday. I don't eat any sweets ,snacks , carbs ALL week but when that Saturday comes im treating myself. It works soooo well. It was hard the first week but I've noticed my cravings kinda calmed down and I don't as crazy with the snacking. I hope this works for you or maybe even stems another idea for you to try yourself. You can do it !,lets fight the fat and get our sexy back

Hey there... maybe my Indulgence Diet would be something you could use. It helped me stay sane though my weight loss journey. Find it on my biopage. :)

I'm treating myself to a KFC every weekend. Its over a 1000 calories just for one meal. But I don't eat any other takeaway through the week. Give yourself that same goal. It works and you look forward to it!
