On my period, feel horribly sick, achy, cramped. Tis the season, I guess. I've been committed to keeping on track this week though. I did at home weight training on days I couldn't make it to the gym.

My job held a party on Friday morning. It was a brunch of chicken and waffles. SO HEALTHY AMIRIGHT?! I did so well, I was proud of myself. Sugar free syrup, nonfat milk, and fruit instead of the damage I could have done. I have definitely committed myself this week. Shame I can't weigh myself until the bloat goes away :-P

I'm back working on a Sunday shift, so I have tomorrow and Tuesday off. I hope everybody is having a wonderful weekend!

I just recently heard about this chicken and waffles thing - sounds strange to me. But then again, I'm one of those people who eats all one food on their plate before moving on, so mixing anything is weird! haha. Hope the cramps feel better soon, enjoy your "weekend"!!

I am WITH YOU on the cramps-had them every month for 31 years now. However... if you are working out, they should be better a bit. Mine have always been much less annoying and troublesome if I'm working out. Even just walking can help. Don'tcha just LOVE work spreads? Nothing but JUNK to eat. I am also thinking chicken and waffles sounds strange, but have never tried them. Tons of friends tell me they're awesome. Good luck and hang in there!

BKeller- congrats on your great weigh in this week! Yeah, I have heard that the chicken and waffles thing is very big in the south, but I wasn't too sure about it! At the brunch, a lot of people enjoyed it, though. Thanks, Addie :) You're doing great! Dani, I've found the same thing! Being active really minimizes the pain. My period really fluctuates between being not too bad to being absolutely horrible. It's always a crapshoot as to which it will be this month!
