I am starting to learn again what hunger feels like.

Not starving myself, just not grabbing something to eat when I feel the slightest need.

Liberating!!

Isn't is the strangest thing?! The moment you realise that nothing bad will happen if you don't immediately grab a full plate of food the second your stomach feels a little empty.

@Chestnut63 lol....I could never starve myself. I love good food too much!!! Hi Frankie_bug....you got my point :) Happy Thanksgiving to you too Draglist :) HCB...I am doing good! Definitively enjoying life.

When I was learning to listen to hunger pains, I would keep a crudité plate out with crunchy veggies and nuts (already calculated calories) so I had something to just pick up when hunger pangs struck. Now I've kind of figured out what times of day I usually feel hungry and have easy snacks ready. It is SUCH a good feeling when you figure out hunger signals. You are right...it is LIBERATING. Great job! :)
