I did a lot of traveling this weekend, which leads to bad eating choices because I am just hungry and don't think it through.

Will do better next weigh-in, that is for sure. I am too close to give up now!
155.6 lb Lost so far: 29.6 lb.    Still to go: 5.6 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
