Yesterday was a great day! Had a good breakfast, a yummy lunch, and a healthy dinner! I even made a peach cobbler and DIDN'T EAT A BITE! I'll budget it into my points for today. That's what I love about WW. I don't feel like I'm depriving myself, I'm just making better choices. Today, I brought a WW meal, some grapes, a banana, and a protien shake. I know I do much better when I have everything planned out, leaving less room for temptation.

I'm looking at my chart, and it looks horrible! I've got to get it moving in the opposite direction!

I'm so glad for you to be moving in the right direction! Read my journal and you will see I have gone up too this last week. Not good! I am tracking points and exercising the next 3 days and will report in on Sat. Do you want to join me for accountablity?

Great job with choices today! Just take it a day at a time. Don't worry about your chart, you'll come back down.

The laws of gravity... what goes up, comes down again!!! So don't worry... just keep sticking with it and you'll soon be back down again in no time. You've done great before and can do it again... so just keep up the great work there! ;o)
