Yesterday was a great day! Had a good breakfast, a yummy lunch, and a healthy dinner! I even made a peach cobbler and DIDN'T EAT A BITE! I'll budget it into my points for today. That's what I love about WW. I don't feel like I'm depriving myself, I'm just making better choices. Today, I brought a WW meal, some grapes, a banana, and a protien shake. I know I do much better when I have everything planned out, leaving less room for temptation.
I'm looking at my chart, and it looks horrible! I've got to get it moving in the opposite direction!
