Holy cow! Wore my HRM for the first time to Power Yoga. Burned 469 calories. I was guestimating it at 300 cals. WOOHOO!

I got one and discovered how far off the machines can be. Love it knowing how many calories I"m burning and that I'm staying within my healthy heart range.
