I've struggled with weight ever since I was around 11 years old. I was diagnosed with Tourette Syndrom and the medicine I was given made me super tired not wanting to do anything. I slept all the time so I gained a ton of weight. I guess that's the beginning of it all. I've been overweight since. Got off the medicine a few years later but still ate a lot and didn't get enough exercise. I was my biggest at 240 pounds after visiting family for 6 months after I graduated high school. I went out there weighing 180 pounds. Every night there was a homecooked meal so I ate like crazy not giving a thought to what I was doing to myself. Since then I lost 20 pounds solely by playing my Dance Central games on my xbox 360 kinect. I stopped for a while which leaves me where I am today 10 pounds heavier. I always say this is the day I'm gonna stick to losing weight but it never lasts. This time though I really need to do it. Before I'm too old. Hopefully this website can help me out along the way. :)
