Hahahaha, that's crazy fady. As for technique, I keep it simple. I count every single calorie I eat and take a pic of it on FS. That keeps me honest. It's a mental thing. Then I use Samsung Health to track every calorie I burn each day, and other stuff. At the end of the day i just aim for the biggest calorie deficit possible.... but that's crazy, I lost a whole Fady7777 lol
