No weigh in today. I ate dinner at a friends house, and I measured it out. I was actually very full after I ate. I love that I can eat less and be more satisfied and stay satisfied longer. I am excited for my weigh in on Monday morning. I was reading another members profile, and saw that after 18 months she has lost her goal of a hundred pounds. That made me feel better in knowing that if I just stick to this, with patience and God, I can do this. I am glad I found this site, so that I will be able to come back to this in a year and see how far I have gotten, I may not be to my goal, but I can be so much closer to it. I have 111 pounds to lose. I am 5'2" and I think the last time I weighed that much was in junior high. I wear size 20 to 22 in jeans. I have a pair of jeans in my closet that are a 19 and I outgrew those a few months back. At 241 pounds I am the biggest I have ever been, and I remember when my older son was 2 years old I was about 180 pounds. I was on the depo prevera shot and my friend was concerned that I was gaining weight. I remember telling her: don't worry I won't let myself get to 200 pounds. But I did nothing to stop it from happening. Here I am getting closer and closer to 300 pounds. I CAN NOT let myself get there. I have to remain consistant in this.

This is actually 8/14/2010 - must be a time differnce issue with the site. Okay, I think I fixed it, I had the wrong time zone in :) We'll see tomorrow LOl
