I think there were three events that caused me to go up one pound.

1) Forgot to take my salad to lunch Friday. So instead I ate 3 fajita tacos.
2) One beer after work.
3) No workout on Friday.

Three small things and I'm up a pound. It's weird how something so little can have an impact. Seems like it shouldn't be so...
193.5 lb Lost so far: 3.5 lb.    Still to go: 8.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
