I have been out of the loop for a while. I didn't realize how long until I logged in and looked at my journal. Well here I am and I think I need to start logging my food intake better. I just had cataract surgery and the results of my first eye are awesome. Now I am looking forward to getting the left eye done in 2 weeks. In the mean time I have to cut down on my carb intake. I ate a lot these last few days including candy. So I have vowed to stop and get my carbs under control. I don't crave when I cut carbs down to 25-30 per day.
