I'm a yo-yo dieter, having lost and gained weight countless times over the last 25 years. My most recent success was the 6-week Body Makeover by Provida. I lost 60 pounds. It was very healthy, and my body responded like magic. However, the food preparation is time consuming, and the choices restrictive. Depravation and not being able to eat like everybody else created a rebound + 25 pounds over the last three years. I'm currently trying to start Body Makeover again, looking at the Food Lovers diet or Low GI or creating something on my own based on all three.
