I decided the other day that when I hit 165, I'm going to fly up for a long weekend to see my cousin/best friend. I booked it last night for mid-May so now I need to keep it going but I think I'm in a good place to be there by then. I have about 7 weeks to lose 12 lbs which is really doable even if I plateau (which I expect but hope I don't). I'm adding in cardio now and I need to start checking out a good place for accessing machines for building muscle. Having a hard time with the pieces I have in the fitness room to do what I want. I cringe at the thought of a new bill but when I ask myself what would you pay to lose another 25 lbs? Yup. Worth it.

I've built time into my life for working out now and doing work around that. Designing my life instead of letting it happen to me the way I always have and then reacting to it. I did good with it early in the week, the last 3 nights I didn't get out but one was a no-workout day anyway so I only lost 2 really. Today I'm supposed to walk the trail for about 3 miles and then lunch out with a friend so that will take care of today but maybe I can sneak another workout in later. Need to work and then maybe shopping for Olivia's easter dress with Shayna and Mindy. Can't wait.
