Monday I'm gonna get back on track with my food journal and exercising, but I have lost 4 lbs. hey for me.😃😃
199.0 lb Lost so far: 16.0 lb.    Still to go: 49.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
on diet Vcravener's Atkins diet   losing 0.6 lb a week
