That last one rang true! Luckily, I now have a nutritionist who always researches my particular needs and physical conditions/ limitations. She is fabulous and helped me lose 40 lbs, while teaching me the correct way to manage my daily intake. Healthy is the way to go for me!
Also, u mentioned in my post about pizza being a forbidden food..I agree, nothing is forbidden. Bad choice of words for me but u got my drift. Its not something I eat everyday. 😀
